Intamac Systems Appoints Bamigboye as Chief Technical Officer

Tele-care specialist joins market leader to develop technology platform, support customers and partners and enable expansion into new market segments

Northampton, August 29th 2007: Intamac Systems, the UK’s market leader in Internet accessed monitoring and control, has appointed Ade Bamigboye as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Bamigboye brings to Intamac over 20 years of experience in developing and commercialising emerging technologies.

Bamigboye joins Intamac from tele-care business Wireless Matters which he founded in 2004.  Wireless Matters develops e-Health solutions that utilise wireless and Web 2.0 technology to monitor and managing a range of chronic conditions.  Before founding Wireless Matters, Bamigboye was CTO and Director of United Clearing where for three years he was responsible for developing a financial clearing and settlement platform for the mobile sector. The business went on to achieve an AIM listing in 2004.   Bamigboye’s appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for Intamac.  In recent months the company has secured a number of high profile contracts with companies around the world including, Bell Canada, BT and IAG, Australia and New Zealand’s largest general insurer.
