Our Strategy – The Digital Ladder

There are 3 key strands to our strategy that make us unique in our approach to growth in the Digital Home:

• We strive to deliver simple but innovative services relevant to the needs of today’s mass market.

• We exploit a unique technology that allows us to develop and deliver these services through an internet based platform we have developed. It is through this platform that we deliver a portal. A portal that gives customers the support services and user interface to simplify their lives.

• We believe the key to succeeding in the Digital Home market is to develop simple, practical solutions that are relevant to today’s needs and then grow to integrate these as other intelligent home products and services converge.

This is essentially a bottom up strategy on what we refer to as the digital ladder - an approach that focuses on using technology to provide simple, seamless and innovative product/service solutions to the mass market.

The first step of the ladder exploits what is available today and as new products and technologies mature, these will allow us to take further steps on the road to the vision of the Digital Home.
