alarm monitoringIntamac’s Alarm Monitoring service monitors the alarm systems of all your business premises, and lets you know if anything happens outside of working hours. Our monitoring platform collects data from your home alarm system, giving you real-time information, such as whether or not the alarm is set, and the time and date of any activations.

Through your Business Manager account, the Intamac Alarm Monitoring service alerts business owners to situations such as, attempted burglary or un-authorised entry, power failure, and can even tell you when your premises are opened and closed.

Key Features:

  • Informs you and up to 12 contacts when your alarm is triggered.
  • Each contact can be informed by voice call to a landline, SMS text message, and email.
  • “Response received” messages are sent to contacts who have not already responded.
  • Helps you with the upkeep and maintenance of your alarm system by sending reminder messages to the account holder.
  • Can inform you when your premises are open or closed.
