See how it works

If motion is detected within you property, Intamac’s Business Manager™ will send an alert message by text, voice call and email to your Contacts List in sequential order as follows:

cameraStep 1. An automated telephone call is made to your property first. This helps identify false alarms. Resetting your Camera Monitoring will prevent further messages being sent out to your Contacts List. Otherwise:

Step 2. Your 1st Contact is notified. This could be your own mobile and work office phones, and nominated e-mail address.

Step 2b (optional). If Contact 1 received the SMS text message and has a picture messaging enabled phone, they can reply to the SMS to request pictures be sent to their mobile too.

Step 3. If there is no response from Contact 1, your 2nd Contact is then notified - this may be a neighbour or friend.

Step 3b (optional). If Contact 2 received the SMS text message and has a picture messaging enabled phone, they can reply to the SMS to request pictures be sent to their mobile too.

Step 4. If there is no response from Contact 2, your 3rd Contact is notified. This step is repeated until all 6 Contacts have been messaged, or someone has responded.

Step 4b (optional). If Contact 3 received the SMS text message and has a picture messaging enabled phone, they can reply to the SMS to request pictures be sent to their mobile too.

If their mobile phone is picture messaging enabled, homeowners can reply to any text message to request the images to be sent to their phone.
