There are two ways that a guard can be called to a homeowner’s property:

Step 1. The Home Manager™ will always call the property first. This will help identify false alarms. Resetting your alarm panel will cancel the event and prevent further messages being sent out. Otherwise:
Step 2. Your 1st nominated Contact is notified. This could be your own mobile and work office phones, and nominated e-mail address.
Step 3. If there is no response from Contact 1 after 2 minutes, your 2nd Contact is then notified - this may be a neighbour or friend.
Step 4. If there is no response from Contact 2 after a further 2 minutes, your 3rd Contact is notified.
If none of your contacts respond, Group 4 Securicor is notified and a guard is dispatched.
