The Flood Monitoring service is set-up via the Home Manager account and is provided free of charge when you subscribe to our Alarm Monitoring service*. Using Flood Detection sensors connected to your burglar alarm system the Intamac Home Manager service will provide early warning of rising water levels.
If rising water comes into contact with a flood sensor, your alarm activates (without ringing your outside bell), and Home Manager raises the alarm.

With Flood detection as part of Intamac’s Alarm Monitoring service you have a valuable early warning of flooding, allowing possessions to be protected and flood defense systems to be put in place.

Intamac flood detection operates at all times – even if your alarm is not activated.
Flood sensors can be situated both in and outside the property and are only activated when submerged with water; not by rainfall or splashing.
Ideal for holiday or seasonal properties where visits can be infrequent and undetected water situations can cause significant damage if left unattended.
