Intamac Systems, the UK's market leader in Internet accessed monitoring and control has boosted its technical development team with the addition of four new members of staff.

New recruits
Three of the new recruits will join Intamac’s software team. A graduate both in Civil Engineering and Computing and a Microsoft Certified Professional, Andrew Palmer brings almost ten years of experience form previous roles implementing large scale website content management systems and Intranet/extranet projects. He joins from Northampton Borough Council where he spent four years as Web manager. Previously, he worked for Barclay’s Bank research and development department developing solutions for online security using biometrics, smartcards and access systems, as well as BarclaySquare, the UK’s first online shopping mall.
Glen Deathridge joins from Rugby-based Internet solutions provider Zarr Internet Services, bringing a wealth of experience in ecommerce, data driven and content managed websites. Previously employed by INFOGB and Royal Mail, he brings specialist knowledge and experience of developing and implementing Call Centre programmes. This will be invaluable as Intamac continues to expand and develop new low-cost, feature-rich service offerings for its partners.
Mark Farrington joins from Kettering-based AM Labels, where he specialised in the development of software solutions to enable and facilitate asset tracking systems using hand held scanners and pocket PCs. Microsoft certified, he has experience of SQL Server 2000 and Developing Windows Applications in VB.Net.
Joining the hardware development team from Xperience Group, is Chris Wood a Business Information Technology graduate who brings over 13 years technical experience in the public and private sector. His skills range from IT telephony and networks management and organisation, through implementation of disaster recovery systems, to Local and Wide Area Network configuration and PC and Server systems management.
Business expansion
