Homes use Intamac for Smart Estate

Homes has become the first national House builder to adopt Intamacs
Home Manager as standard for all the properties on an entire estate.
Intamacs Home Manager service links Bryants 51 digitally networked
new-build homes in Isleworth, Middlesex to the Internet, allowing
homeowners to monitor and control their security systems from anywhere
in the world. Intamacs technology monitors sensors connected to
the Scantronic alarm panels in each of the properties.
By linking all the homes on the estate to Home Manager we are giving
our customers new levels of service and wider protection, said Peter
Andrew, regional Managing Director of Bryant Homes Messages from
one home can be instantly relayed to neighbours, and professional
security companies will protect the properties when the homeowners
are away on holiday. This package provides what a recent BBC TV
article dubbed an electronic neighbourhood watch for the residents.
